Through targeted strengthening and stretching of the muscles, selected exercises to improve mobility, as well as training and advice on back-friendly behavior in everyday life, you can quickly feel the training's success.

Our back school consists of an interesting mix of exercises for strengthening, coordination, dexterity, and mobility. All of these factors are needed to keep your back in shape over the long term.
